Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Raise your concern

Email the contact above with the subject “HeliusPay grievance”. Explain the concern and the outcome you are seeking. You may raise an account or onboarding issue, a payment dispute, a privacy concern or a problem with information on this website.

2. Include the relevant details

Support does not need your password, OTP, card security code or biometric information. Do not include these in a complaint.

3. Follow up on an unresolved issue

If you have already contacted support, reply to the same conversation and clearly request escalation. Include the original transaction reference and previous response so the issue can be reviewed without losing its history.

The information needed, review steps and expected timeline will depend on the service and the nature of the complaint. Any applicable service or statutory complaint timelines continue to apply. Retain your correspondence and transaction records.

4. Bank or provider escalation

If your issue also concerns a bank or another service provider, its complaint process may apply. Ask for the relevant provider details and escalation route for the specific transaction. Eligibility for any external complaint scheme depends on that scheme and the entity involved.

Official resources are linked on our Regulatory Information page. They do not imply that every HeliusPay enquiry is covered by the same complaint scheme.

5. Related policies

For payment concerns, read our Refund Policy. For personal information concerns, read our Privacy Policy. General account and onboarding help is available on our Support page.
