Privacy Policy

How we handle information shared through our corporate website and enquiry channels.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the corporate website of HeliusPay Technologies Private Limited at heliuspaytechnologies.com and enquiries sent through the contact channels shown here. Information processed through the HeliusPay application, onboarding flows or a financial service may be covered by additional notices provided through those channels.

2. Information you provide

You may choose to share your name, email address, business name, service interests and enquiry details. For an account or payment enquiry, you may also provide the registered contact details, transaction reference, date, amount and a description of the issue.

The website enquiry form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not send your enquiry to a website database. We receive the message only when you send it.

Do not send passwords, OTPs, card security codes, full card details, Aadhaar numbers or biometric information in a general enquiry. Use the verified service channel for any information required during onboarding.

3. How enquiry information is used

Submitting an enquiry does not activate an account or authorize a financial transaction.

4. Website technology and cookies

This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Enquiry form contents are not saved in browser storage. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and server logs to deliver and protect the website.

5. Sharing and external services

Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Relevant enquiry or transaction information may be shared with the service provider involved in investigating a request, or where disclosure is required by applicable law. Share only the information needed to explain your enquiry.

Partner login and other external links take you to separate services. Review the privacy notices and terms provided there before submitting personal or financial information.

6. Retention and protection

Enquiry correspondence is retained for responding to and following up on the request, handling disputes and meeting applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention can differ for transaction and onboarding records governed by separate service requirements.

Access to enquiry information should be limited to people handling the request and necessary service providers. Email is not a suitable channel for sharing authentication secrets or sensitive identity documents.

7. Privacy requests and concerns

Contact us to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a communication preference or raise a privacy concern. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for an unresolved issue or an applicable legal requirement.

Email info@heliuspaytechnologies.in. If a privacy concern remains unresolved, use the contact and escalation process on our Grievance Officer page.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy when the website, contact channels or services change. The date above identifies the latest version published on this website.
